Your Private Winter Haven

Gather your friends, family, or that special someone and reserve your private igloo! Each one comes beautifully decorated with soft lighting, cozy vibes, and comfortable seating. Choose from three tiers to accommodate groups of 2-8 guests. It's the perfect setting for a romantic date night, intimate gathering, or larger celebration.

All igloos feature the same spacious dome - your selected tier determines the # of included tickets to the LA Christmas Market, seating arrangement, and culinary offerings. Choose any tier that fits your group's needs and budget. Each package includes two, four, and six complimentary tickets respectively.

Additional market tickets must be purchased separately for any remaining guests in your party on the main Eventbrite page. Menu items are subject to daily availability. Should any item be unavailable, it will be substituted with an equally delightful alternative of similar or greater value.

FAQ

Do we need to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required to secure an igloo and time slot. You will not be able to sign up for one at the door.
How long can we use the igloo?
Each igloo reservation is for 90 minutes.

Please plan to allocate 30 minutes before your reservation to scan your QR code and pick up your tickets at the box office. Arriving on time ensures you’ll enjoy the full 90-minute experience, as late arrivals will still need to finish within the scheduled end time.
What is included in each igloo package?
Depending on your igloo package, you will be able to select from a variety of drinks, foods, and desserts!
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, cancellations made at least 7 days before the reservation time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
What if we already bought a ticket and want to purchase an igloo package?
We recommend purchasing an igloo package first as spots are limited. Afterwards, request a refund on your Eventbrite account regarding your purchased tickets. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.

What if we have more people in our party than igloo tickets provided?
Any extra persons exceeding the amount of tickets provided will have to purchase additional tickets on the main Eventbrite page. We thank you for understanding.
Are pets allowed in the igloos?
To keep the igloos clean and comfortable for all guests, pets are not permitted inside.
Are there heating options inside the igloos?
Yes, all igloos are heated to ensure a warm, comfortable experience no matter the weather.
